Nicoló was born in Varese (Italy) in 1995.

He has been a lover of football and sports in general since he was a child. At the age of 5, he started taking his first steps on a football field, playing as a goalkeeper for an amateur team in Varese (Italy). Soon after, he realized that his place should be outside the goal, and he commenced playing within the defensive line. He has always been a versatile player due to his ability to cover various roles, although his favorite position remains the midfielder.
He always played at a amateur level between Italy and Switzerland, where he had the opportunity to play with the U21 team of the FC Lugano for one season between 2015 and 2016.

Nicoló attended all of his schools in Varese (Italy) and in 2014, after finishing his studies at the "Galileo Ferraris" scientific high school, he decided to pursue a degree in physical therapy, enrolling at the Semmelweis University in Budapest and studying at the Lugano campus. In 2019, after obtaining his physical therapy degree, he decided to experience a new chapter in life and started his professional career in French-speaking Switzerland, in Bulle (Canton of Fribourg), where he stayed for almost 2 years. In the same year, he enrolled in a Master's program in Manual Therapy and Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy at the University of Milan (Italy) supported by the GSTM (Group of Manual Therapy Study), in collaboration with the University of Chieti.

In 2021, due to the pandemic, Nicoló decided to move to Ticino (Switzerland), where he worked for nearly 4 years in a private practice in Locarno. He is currently attending the "Orthokinetic Physical Therapist" specialization course at eCampus University in Novedrate, in collaboration with the GSTM.

He still plays football in a team from the Locarno area in the third league.

He loves nature and hiking in the mountains. Just three years ago, he learned how to ski and occasionally plays padel and tennis. He is a dreamer and loves to travel; whenever possible, he sets off on adventures to experience new things. His dream is to participate in the New York marathon.

Nicoló joined Sports Rehab in February 2025.
