This led her to intern with a multidisciplinary team specializing in treatment and research on Mental Economy Training with Formula 1 drivers, motorsports athletes from various categories, and cyclists (Formula Medicine - Viareggio, Italy). This experience inspired her to become a CONI-certified athletic trainer in 2014 (Federal Center, Milan, Italy), deepen her knowledge of anatomy with an Advanced Anatomy and Fascia course c/o University of Pisa, Italy in 2015, and Stecco fascial manipulation level I & II courses c/o University of Pisa, Italy in 2016.

In 2019, she discovered Pilates and decided to integrate it into her rehabilitation practice (Fisio Pilates). She began organizing private and small-group classes in collaboration with gyms and associations in the Mendrisiotto region (Switzerland).

Since 2013, Nadia has worked on the winter training of professional cyclists, where she met her future husband who introduced her to road cycling. She has accompanied him to races around the world ever since.

Starting from 2020, she specialized in the rehabilitation of pelvic floor disorders, including male and female urinary incontinence, female sexual dysfunction, and post-operative urogynecological treatments.

Over the years, she continued practicing in the orthopedic and pelvic floor rehabilitation fields in 2 physical therapy clinics in the Mendrisiotto region (Switzerland), until the end of 2024.

Since 2023, she has been the official physical therapist of the Balerna Women's Football Team.
